Kevin and His Dad Build me a new porch this weekend. My old one was falling apart. The stairs had been broken for weeks. So for a Christmas present I got a new porch. YEAH!!!! And when tax money comes i will get a roof.

We went up to Camp Verde for Thanksgiving to be with Kevin's family. I had Leslie talk our family pictures while we were up there. The kids were doing good for a while but like all kids they did want to sit still for very long.

Kloey was playing in the toy room this morning and she started crying so I went in there to check on her. I saw her over by the TV with blood running down her face. I screamed and picked her up and ran to wake up Kevin. Kevin got the blood to stop and we saw where the blood was coming from. She had a cut on the forehead just above her left eye. I opened it up a saw that we needed to go to the hospital for stitches. Since we live in Tonopah we had drive 45 min's to the nearest hospital. We got right in and the first nurse said that she needed to have it stitches. Then another nurse walked in to help out and said that they could use surgical glue on the wound and that it would help the healing process and prevent scaring. Kloey cried the whole time they were cleaning her up and applying the surgical glue. The nurses said that the glue will dissolve on it's own in 5-7 days When we got home, we looked in the toy room and found out that she must have hit her head on the corner of a coffee table that we have the TV on. Who would have thought that we would have to run my little girl in to the hospital for bleeding before my son.

Kloey is now walking all over the house. She will be 11 months old in November 2nd. She hardly crawls any more. We went to the doctor and she weighs 20lbs now. She has 6 teeth: 4 on top and 2 on bottom. Tonight is Halloween and Kloey is going as Tinker Bell and Kottan is going as a Nebraska football player. I'll post pictures of them in thier costumes. hope you like to video.

We went to pay a surprise visit to my grandparents. My parents came too. It was Kottans first time on a airplane. It wasn't as much trouble traveling with 2 kids as I thought. But I did have Kevin and My parents with me on the way there and on the way home Kevin was with me to help. Kottan just loved looking out the window at every thing down below. He really loved the take offs and landing. It was really cold in Nebraska. We came from 105 and landed in 60. It was a big change. But we had fun.

We flew into Omaha and then rented a car and on our way to Grand Island, we stopped to see the Husker stadium (of course).

We found a Pumpkin Patch to go to and it had pony rides, train ride, slides, zip line, hay rides to the pumpkin patch, petting zoo and much more.

Internet Finally

We finally got Internet service at the new house after 5 months with going to parents house and using their. But since we live 30 miles from the closest city/town, we can only get dial up. The fastest they offer but it is still really slow. It takes a long time to log in and check my e-mail that by the time I'm done, one or more kids are needing my attention. I could work when they are sleeping but by then I want to sleep to. I will update my blog as much as I can. I have some great pictures of Kloey taken by my sister Kaylynn but for some reason I can't get the CD to work on my computer. But as soon as I can figure it out I will post a few of them. I can't post them all cause there are about 250 pictures. Kaylynn and Chad got a new camera and she had fun taking pictures of Kloey on my birthday (May 2nd). Instead of getting 6m pictures of Kloey I got 5m pictures of my cute little girl. I will pick the best ones and post them when I can. Until then I have some pictures that I took that are pretty good.

Well I'm trying to load some pictures. But my connecting is really slow and they are not loading I'e been here waiting for one picture to load for about 1/2 hour now. I'll get pictures on as soon as I can.

Kloey Austin was blessed on January 4th.
Kloey got to wear my (Kendra's) blessing dress.
Yes, my mom kept it for 27 years
and it is still in great condition.
I did add a some flowers to cover a few stains.
I also found a little slip to go under the dress.

Sorry i haven't updated my blog but we moved 55 miles away from family and any computers. We are working on getting a computer soon. I will update when i have a chance to get in to town and a free moment when i can get on the computer.

Every thing is going along great. I am due in 6 days We decided to add a Y at the end of Kloey's name to make sure everyone could say her name right. Kloey Austin will be born on Tuesday, December 2nd at 7:30am via C-section. I was hoping she would come early but things are not pointing in that direction as of my last doctor visit. She is in the 85%. Kottan was 8.8lbs. The doctor says that she will be around that same size or bigger. So c-section doesn't seem that bad. I will post pictures as soon as I get home from the hospital. I'll be coming home on Friday. So look for the post with the pictures.

We found a house well it's a mobile home and it is out in Tonoaph ( 55 miles west of my mom's house). Which is really close to Kevin's work. Right now Kevin is driving an hour to and from work. Gas is getting cheaper but its hard having him so far away from home. It's a double wide with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath it sit on a acre and a half of land. I just have to have Kevin put up a fench to keep Kottan close by and not let him have that much room to run free cause i'm afraid he'll take off running and not come back. Cause he does that now at the house.
Now the big question is when to move. Since the baby is due in 2 weeks and my doctors are all on this side of town and the hospital is close and when i have my c-section i will need help taking care of Kottan for the first 2 weeks. So we will move after Baby Kloe is born. I think that will be the easiest. We might start moving the things we don't need in the meantime and then move the beds and the dressers after. I can't wait to have a place of my own to decorate and to call my own. Its really hard right now to get thins ready for Kloe when i know we won't be here after she is born. I hard to take she crib down and all her clothes are packed. I'm in the nesting mood and i can't do anything it's really frustrating. But it will be nice to fix up my own house.

Kottan has hair like mine half curls and half straight so when it gets too long on the sides it tends to just stick out and won't comb down for anything. So with the holidays coming and going to take pictures when Baby Kloe comes i have been saying that Kottan needs a hair cut. So Kevin was off one morning and decided to give Kottan a hair cut and before I knew Kevin was giving Kottan this new due:

Breast cancer walk

I'm a little late on posting these pictures, but I had to get them from Leslie Kevin's sister and it always takes a while to get pictures from other people. I finally had to go over there myself and get them.
On October 12th. they had the walk for breast cancer. Kevin's mom is a survivor. We all decided to walk this year. I didn't walk being 7 months pregnant and it being 2 weeks after the car accident. But Kevin pushed Kottan in the stroller . I did go and hand out while they walked around down town. Here are some pictures.

I went to the doctor and since with Kottan i had to have a c-section they said that i needed to have one with Kloe too. I asked about trying to see if i can have a V-back and the doctor said sure. So since I am now further along he said that if Kloe is not here by the 11th of December then I have to have a c-section. If i go passed my due date there is a chance of more complication with taring where my scare is. So after getting the ultra sound done and finding out that she is in the 84% of being big I decided to schedule my c-section for December 2nd. that's the earliest i have schedule my c-section. I go in at 5am and she will be born around 7:30am, unless she comes on her own before then. And no i can not be induced cause that will be pressure on my scares. So I'm kinds stuck having a c-section. I hope she comes early on her own. but if not another c-section will be fine. I just hate being stuck in the hospital for the 4 days after delivery and then on bed rest for 2 weeks after wards. It's going to be harder this time since kottan is here. I'm glad I'm living at home so i can have help for those first 2 weeks.

Baby Kloe Austin

I decided to name the baby Kloe Austin. I have always liked the name Austin. I just had to find a K name to go with it. So since she is a girl i went with Kloe off Small ville but spelling it with a K.
I went in for a 3D ultra sound and got some good pictures. And i had them check to make sure she is still a girl. She is going to be big like her brother Kottan. She is in the 84%. She didn't want her picture taken, She had both arms and one leg in front of her face so this is the best picture we could get.

I went to see the surgery doctor today about my arm and I do not need surgery. I just sprained/bruised the muscles really bad. I have to go to therapy for 4-6 weeks to get it better. We are all soooo glad I don't need surgery. Cause if I did then it wouldn't be till after baby Kloe is born. Things are looking up. Baby Kloe is still doing fine moving around and keeping me awake at night. I am so glad that both my kids are doing great. My mom is sore in her right shoulder but doing ok cause she can have stronger pain meds than I can.

Car accident

Well Tuesday we were heading home and we got into a car accident. I (Kendra) was driving. My mom (Judy) was in the passenger seat ant Qai and Kottan were in the back. We were in My Nissan X-Terra. A guy ran a stop sign and T-boned us. My car flipped over and rolled and landed on the drivers side facing the opposite direction. Kottan is doing fine he is a little sore but he did not need to go to the hospital. Qai went to the hospital to be checked out and he is fine. My mom went to the hospital for high blood pressure and a hurt shoulder. She is doing good a little sore and stiff but hanging in there. Me, well being 7 months pregnant went to the hospital to get checked out. They watched me and Baby Kloe close for 24 hrs. The Baby is doing fine no problems. Me, well I tore my AC in my left shoulder. I have my arm in a sling I cant use it a i go in on Monday to see if I need surgery. But if I do need surgery then it will have to be after the baby is born. Which will be in December. So we will have to see. Everyone is doing good, a little shook up but okay. We went and took pictures of my car.

Kottan's 2nd trip to the dentist

Well On Wednesday We took Kottan to the dentist for a check up and to get fitted for a spacer for the tooth he got pulled a month ago. Kottan had been complaining about his mouth for a few days so i had the dentist check his left lower side. The dental assistant came out to tell us that Kottan has a broken tooth on the bottom left side. She asked if there had been any trauma and i thought and said yes. Kottan was jumping on a trampoline last Wednesday at Shanna and Kasey's house and his mouth hit a girls head. So she said that the impact would have caused his tooth to break. So we had to pull that tooth also. My poor little boy is only two and he already has had two teeth pulled. I feel so bad for him. Kevin just laughs and says that it will just prepare us for the many trips to the doctor when Kottan will hurts himself in the future.

Thank you to all who voted for the names. I ended up really liking the Names: Keely Ruth and Kloe Austin. I just can't decide which one I'm going to pick. My mind keep changes from day to day. Good thing I have till December to pick one. I'll keep you posted on what I pick.

We went to West Yellow Stone to shop and to duplicate pictures Kottan was only 3 months old when we went last time. And now that he is older he was able to interact more when we took this pictures. I hop to go back every year to duplicate the pictures but we will have to see. These are my two favorite picture that we got by the bear.

I took Kottan to the dentist for his first check up on Thursday 7-24 and found out that he has an abscess on one of his teeth and that the tooth needs to be removed so the abscess could heal. The dentist told me that they would have to use laughing gas and strap Kottan to a board to keep him still and then use a pouch/bag if he didn't sit still. So on Monday Kevin and I took Kottan to have his tooth pulled out. (I didn't think I could handle it myself being pregnant and all). So the assistant came to review things with us and then she said." OK I'll take him now" We couldn't go back there with him, that was a little nerve racking. So we sat there and waiting I heard Kottan yell just once. when they were all done the dentist came out to talk to us and said that every thing went just fine and he did very good. He came out crying and cause he didn't like the nurses holding the gauze in his mouth. But since then has been a different little boy. He is eating more and laughing more, getting into trouble more, being a typical 2 year old little boy. (driving me crazing most of the time). He got a little green monkey as we list the dentist office.

I went to have an ultra sound done today and we are having a girl. I'm so excited. Now we have one boy and one girl. I'm having trouble picking a name for her i have a few in mind. And Kevin and I decided to go with all K's since both of our names start with a K. I have a good name in mind but I want to have her middle name be Ruth after Grandma Robison. So I'm kinda stuck finding that right name to go with Ruth. Feel free to shoot any names this way. Thanks

Update on baby

I went to the doctor yesterday for my 18 week check up and everything is going great. my due date is still between December 9th and the 16th. If i have to have a c-section again it will be around the 9th but if things are moving along good then i can just wait and go into labor and have the baby normal but not till the 16th. So it is just a waiting game. So i went in thinking that i found find out the sex of the baby, but my doctor office send the patients out to have that ultra sound done. So i was all excited to find out what the baby is and now i have to wait a week to get an apt to find out. What a bummer huh. I do have a few names picked out but it's hard to pick one when your not sure what you are having. I'll keep you updated on things.

Since I quit my job I have been a little bored when Kottan is being good and every one gone. So I have been making books on Shutter fly, making a cover for my bobby, and my body pillow and scrap booking. Yep me of all people have been scrap booking, WOW huh. I can't believe it my self. Well i redid my baby book since it was falling apart and i came across my baby picture . I found all six of us kids well almost all six of us when we were 6 months old. (well Kim and I were six months old the pictures were taking around Christmas time)

I Quit

Well I finally quit my job. I was going to wait till Kevin graduated from school on June 20th 2008, and found a good job. But my baby sitter i had just up a quit on me. So I spent 3 days worried and praying to figure out what to do. And Sunday afternoon I just decided to quit my job and stay home to raise Kottan. I quit on Monday with out giving my 2 weeks notice (cause i didn't have a baby sitter any ways) and it has been the best thing i could have even done. I am already do happy to not go back to work and wonder hoe kottan is doing all day.

A little Update:

Kendi: I found out that I'm pregnant again. The baby is due around the 16th of December. I'm only about 6 1/2 weeks along. Things are going good. I'm really excited and tired. We are hoping for a girl, but will be happy with a boy.

Kevin: He graduate from school on June 20th 2008. We are so excited we just can't wait. Then he can get a good job and i can stay home to raise my family. we are not sure where we will move to. We just know that it will be out of AZ into a cooler climate. We are hoping to stay on the west coast. But if a good job offer comes in on the East we might take it.

Kottan: he turned two on 3-13-08. and wow those 2 yr molars came in and he has been one mean, grouchy little boy. And the terrible two's started. He is a handful at times and a joy at other times. He is starting to say sentences like: Where'd it go?, There it is., Where u at?, It's really fun to have him around. I know he will be a good big brother.
